Scientific Applications of Quantum Computing: Materials, Chemistry and Biology

The “Scientific Applications of Quantum Computing: Materials, Chemistry and Biology” meeting will be held on the 22nd of September 2023, at the LSE Bankside House. This one-day event is a follow-up to the one held in May 2019 (https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/scientific-application-of-quantum-computing-registration-58703159731).

This meeting brings together representatives of the industrial and academic communities active in the world of quantum computing and computational scientists in materials science and related areas of physics, chemistry, engineering and life science to discuss new opportunities and explore what quantum computing can offer us now and in the near future.

Registration is now open at the link above.

The afternoon session of the meeting will focus on examples of applications of quantum computing to the materials, chemistry and biology fields, for which we welcome contributed talks and posters.
